Arbelterhund Kennels Australia started in 1994 in the small community of Awaba, NSW. The first dog we acquired was a rottweiler named
"Cody". Although Cody came with no fancy bloodline, she excelled in the obedience ring and gave us our first taste in what
a joy it is to own a rottweiler.
Soon came the task of buying a show puppy, and after speaking to many breeders and attending numerous shows, we purchased
Drestleigh Das Dunja and NRCA/Aust.CH.Dresleigh famed "Fargo". Fargo has layed the foundation for our kennels as
he is an excellent ambassador of his breed (rottweiler). Fargo has excellent comformation and a flawless disposition, a
trait that dominates his progeny.
We are members of the Northern District Rottweiler Club and all of our dogs are obedience trained. As we are only a small
kennel and have puppies on a limited basis (4 litters in 10 years), much time and effort goes into the selection of
suitable parents to ensure that both us as breeders, and you as a potential buyer get the best puppy possible.
